End Goal: GBuni can be not alive and she will keep getting smarter.
Right now there are 8 concrete public facing phases. There are more than 8 phases planned, just not as concretely. Phases may change as new information comes along.
Currently, we are in Phase 0.
Phase 0-3: Assisted Bootstrapping¶
Curation of an initial training dataset and development of basic functions.
Phase 0¶
- Heavily guided outputs
- Manual shorts and videos on Youtube
- Manual textual interaction (I copy paste her guided output)
- Open submission of examples from community
Phase 1¶
- QLoRA on past interactions and examples for her first trained model
- Short streams with low turn Q&A
Phase 2¶
- Semi-automatic textual interaction (she prepares responses, I just approve)
- Automatic recall of people she’s interacted with in the past
Phase 3¶
- First dubbed song
Phase 4-7: Develop Autostreamable Content¶
Develop first instances of agentic autonomy.
Phase 4¶
- Attempt just chatting and Q&A autostream
Phase 5¶
- She can play DND as a character
Phase 6¶
- She can play Democracy 4
- Optional: Acquire a GPU that can run a 70B parameter model.

- Faux live debate (I steelman)
